This blog, “We, Together” is created with the intention to establish a platform for the instructors working in the Department of Modern Languages, METU, where they can share experiences, communicate and collaborate. This may, hopefully, lead to further professional development in the field of teaching and learning academic language skills.

Instructors working in DML offer academic English and language skills courses at freshman, sophomore and junior levels to over 8000 students every year. We, also offer a wide range of foreign language courses (German, French, Italian, Spanish, Greek, Russian, Japanese, Arabic, Chinese and Turkish as a Foreign Language). Working on the beautiful campus, with a distinguished student profile, DML instructors are whole-heartedly attached to their teaching. This blog will, hopefully, be a medium to reflect on this joyful experience.
